About Marc Davidson , M.D., FAAOS
Dr. Marc Davidson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and general orthopedic injuries of the musculoskeletal system. He likes taking care of athletic injuries, fixing structural problems, and is rewarded by getting people back to their favorite sports and activities. Dr Davidson wakes up each morning and looks forward to caring for patients at Advantage Orthopedics. He enjoys talking with them, learning about their injury and ultimately helping them get back to all the activities they love. He enjoys providing education so that his patients understand their anatomy and the reasons for the pain or problem they may be experiencing. He finds that when patients understand the problem and the mechanics of the injury, they can more easily be a part of the solution. He has also been a team physician for Gresham High School since 2001.
In addition to being a surgeon, Dr. Davidson is also a pilot and has been flying since 1998. He’s loved airplanes since he was a kid. He also enjoys running and hiking. Dr. Davidson is married with two boys and is involved with their sports and school activities.
